liquid paraffin cubes

Hiya I'm trying to get hold of some liquid paraffin cubes to put in hot water then soak on hands for very dry skin. Any ideas where I might buy this, I've tried ebay.
It works well but is expensive at beauty salon.

Would ordinary liquid parafin work or is there something else in the cubes. Liquid parafine can be bought from chemists, Boots etc.0
