Legal & General Endowment Claims

does anybody have any experience and / or tips when making a claim for mis-sold endowments against L&G? I have received an extensive 'claim form' which I suspect is aimed at providing information to water down my claim (though I have nothing to hide)

Hi - I am currently going through the process with L & G but I started this before I joined this site and am going through a solicitor. You will receive a large document - I got mine via the solicitor. Fill it in and send it off - its not that bad really.... just looks quite daunting

I found L&G really helpful. They even phoned to see how I was getting on with the form. If you can't answer any questions they will make standard industry assumptions. They are only taking a couple of weeks between submitting the form and reaching a decision.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
