Did anyone else book one of the spa days on lastminute.com for £10 around April time ? I booked 2 for me and hubby for Formby Hall. The vouchers have come for a mini nail treatment each. I have spoken to them to see if we can have another treatment as my hubby would not appreciate a manicure. The lady has advised when I booked it would have said the treatment you would get but I am pretty sure it just said treatment included and didnt specify which one.
Also its advertised as a spa day and on the voucher you only get 2 hours which I think is a little unfair when its advertised as a spa day.
Did anyone else receive vouchers for Formby Hall in Southport ?
Cheers

I went - we had facials and rasul treatments. They just said "facial voucher" on them or whatever, and said you should allow 3 hours to enjoy the experience. However, it said you could use all the facilities. It wasn't limited to 3 hours, and we were there all day. We went twice, and the second time couldn't have treatments, as they had no availability, but we still enjoyed the day.
I bought mine back in Jan, by the way.0 -
I received my Formby Hall day Spa Vouchers from the lastest £10 offer, which states on the voucher about a nail treatment. I don't recall there being a choice at the time of booking.
I did receive an email from Formby Hall a couple of days after ordering the Spa Voucher offering 3 special offers in conjunction with the voucher, I just had to reply to the email when I received the voucher. I emailed last Wednesday when I received my voucher to book the offer, which was for additional treatments (approx £180's worth) they replied to me wanting to know whether I wanted manicures/pedicures (as I forgot I got this included) they also wanted my payment details in advance which I don't mind, but I asked them to contact me by phone for my card details.
I have sent the email again yesterday to 2 email addresses at Formby Hall and yet I still await a response.Born and bred in Manchester (proud of it)
