Written in about the same problem as many others of absent parents not paying there way for there children.
But luck is on my side because the last week things have changed.
My estranged husband left me and children for someone else and now he left her just over 2 weeks ago.
His ex-girlfriend contacted me through the solicitors to give her call. I was surprised but at the same time, thinking is this set up.
Anyway I met her and she told me that they had parted and now he has set up home with another woman.
No surprise, what go's around comes around.
It paid off putting aside my feelings and hatred for this women, she has changed my life.
Interesting meeting because she given me all his bank statements and work contracts for last year and half and also the forged bank statements that he submit to CSA and for the divorce.
He as informed to CSA that he was unemployed and could not pay which is a joke as he is earning over £15,000.00 per month.
It will be interesting few months for my estranged ex with court for perjury and CSA chasing him now.
I have to say, us women must stick together and at the moment she is my new best friend.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:T

Good for you Wen!
I agree, what comes around goes around.
I doubt the courts will pursue your ex for perjury based on his fictitious form E.
My ex filed two to the courts, both complete fairy tales. The court had clear evidence to show the truth and they did not pursue my ex for perjury despite the strong warnings on the front of the forms.
They did transfer all the assets to me when I submitted a further application however!0
