Question about multiple user id's

Hi,
A few threads on here recently have advised about setting up multiple user ids for selling & buying separately & it got me thinking.
If you block a buyer would they then be able to still bid using one of their other user id's, or are they all blocked? :huh:

If you can link a buyers ID to one that is on your blocked list, then action can be taken by eBay against the person. They are quite good on this from my own experience.
The other thing to note is that if a user changes their ID, they will still be blocked.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0
