£125 for switcher and £25 for recommender plus you get free european travel insurance and 0 % overdraft for 12 months, seems a good deal, combine this through top cashback/quidco for an extra £50, so you could make £200 plus below added perks by switching over. Only stipulation is you will have to pay in £500 a month every month which you can then withdraw/transfer next day.

This is the link you first posted which does look suspiciously like an affiliate link but i may be wrong. May just be because you cut and pasted it into your post though.

How long does it take for Alliance and Leicester to credit the account with the £100?

They take four months to pay you. Note that one of the conditions is that you have to switch all your direct debits to the new account - if you don't have any direct debits, then they won't give you any money.
Shame really...DH doesn't want to switch our joint account, but I don't have any DDs on my own account!

Debtoxing you could just sign up to the magazine subscription on quidco to get a direct debit.
£5.00 from Let's Subscribe received
you get three magazines for £1, once direct debit has switched over (takes about a month) cancel magazine subscription. In essence you are £4 up from cashback and have a direct debit. Just make sure you cancel after it has transferred.
