Surveys and your Privacy

Hi All I recently read the survey sites article and was wondering how you all deal with privacy in relation to this. For example, when filling in the required fields do you use your real name/dob/address. From what I understand most of these sites pay either vouchers or by paypal. While I understand that you need to give the sites your true age/sex etc do you need to supply exact details. The reasons I am asking these questions are due to the usual id theft/ marketing spam etc. Any ideas? Cheers sosurvey
