Morning all,

Very quick from me this morning, BF here and littles awake already!

BF pooling resources with me by staying here in his extreme difficulty, have inherited a whole chicken and a sea bass as well as a bedridden lover!

Working on hb form still
More study for work tomorrow
Found cereal hanging around for breakfast today

that's it..under intense pressure to play i-spy!

Love to all, let's keep the faith and be in charge of our lives for another day! xxxxxxxx

When we start out on the DFW trail we do loads of "big stuff" that makes quite a difference to our situation. These include having our lightbulb moment, cutting up the credit cards and cancelling Sky and the gym.

But once we have done the bigger stuff, we often feel that we are not making the same amount of progress, when in fact the small steps are helping us form good financial habits and helping us get closer everyday to staying in control and becoming debt free, or staying debt free;)

Examples could be charging your phone up at work instead of at home to save your electricity, hanging washing out instead of using the tumble dryer or leaving your purse/wallet at home to avoid the risk of spending.

So be proud of those small steps, they really are important.:D

Morning all - Hope no one minds - but this bit of the thread each day keeps me on track (so I have cut and pasted it in!!) So if I ask really nicely can we have this bit and the smiley tomorrow ?:) I know SM always like to start it like this :)

(Thanks for starting the thread Alison - hope you don't mind me editing this bit in - its like a bit of a motivational bit for me (and others) in the mornings kinda a bit of a routine that its posted by SM with the message first :)- hope your bass and chicken get sorted and the bedridden lover gets better)

PS sorry don't want to sound like a small child saying 'I want a smiley in the morning and a wee pep talk' (PLEASE!) - it really does just make me think OK today I can try :)

Dull and grey here as well - sounds as though the sun has migrated to Scotland today :D or possibly followed SM on her holidays :rotfl:

Meetings all day at work today so probably very little will get done

    Today I have / will:

HM meals from stores but will need to call in to Mr S on the way home from work to get more bread and fruit.

Seen to animals and plants this morning, evening routine later.

Buy cheap printer cartridges from shop at work - must stock up before I leave, as they are about a third cheaper than anywhere else :D

Reuse previously printed-on paper by printing on the blank side (I always do this for routine things).

Walk small dogs later for free exercise.

Oops must get on, (looking at the time)

Have a nice day everyone :hello:
