Free Steam Game - SpeedBall 2

If you have a Steam account you can get SpeedBall 2 for free.

STEP 1: Get a FREE steam account http://store.steampowered.com/about/
STEP 2: Go to http://www.cdaction.pl/seriale/speedball_2
STEP 3: Enter your email address, the serial number will be emailed to you
STEP 4: Open Steam up and go to My Games tab
STEP 5: Click the "Activate a product on steam" button in the bottom left
STEP 6: Enter the serial number
STEP 7: Download and enjoy your free game

Well i think they have started restricting it to polish people only. I translated the message on the site and it says this...

Must be written in polish = = = 66001 message (knowledge) act Msg&CODE 4&MID and certainly < obvious > in order to make it belong have on our forum account. Tickets will be sent in (to) answer for game. Time can total (take away; amount to) on answer from several minutes for several hours because will not have person time (sometimes) serving it account always and capability in order to answer faster

Im afraid steam doesnt work that way, I would assume each key was unique and could only be used once, hence the need for individuals to apply for one. Correct me if Im wrong though.
