Northern Rock - will they let me increase my mortgage?

Hi all,
Have been toying with the idea of moving for a while, and had a valuation done today which is better than I expected
I have seen a number of properties which I like the look of which would need me to increase my mortgage by about £8000 + fees.
My current mortgage with NR is 2 years into a 5 year fixed rate with around £3000 early repayment fees, and if possible I would rather increase my borrowing with NR than have to pay the early fee and have to set up a new deal, but are they lending to existing customers at all?
Any help welcomed

Too little information. You just basically ask how long is a piece of string. Not trying to be funny but read your question again.
Answer: In order to know if they will borrow more money for you, you must go to them directly. Only they will know. The goal posts are moving each day.Motto: 'If you don't ask, you don't get!!'
