Yes, just happened to me. Maybe they are trying to stop us getting the extra coupon when we say it didn't print.

I have just been into Mr T in Amersham, they do not take ANY internet coupons anymore, I showed them a copy of the policy but they were not having it, they said it was store discression. You can use one MOC for your whole shop but it has to not be an internet printed one. I was at customer services for about 20 mins going through this with them and they were not going to budge. When I was checking out I spoke to the checkout girl and she said they have two couples that come in and used coupons all the time paying for all of their shopping, one couple have now been barred from the store and the other couple are not allowed to use any coupons at all !! I printed out loads of coupons as havent used them for about 3 months, where else takes them without buying the product and making you feel like a shoplifter at the checkout ?

    Hi,

Just getting in to the swing of printing coupons and was wondering about the Cow & Gate and CIF vouchers as the actual coupon is really big and take up either a whole page or half a page. Can you change the size of the coupon or would that invalidate it? Just don't fancy handing over huge coupons!
