popped into mrt's earlier to get some kitten food amd some milk , spotted the young lad at the same till as the other day and chuckled to myself :rotfl: grabbed 2 x 12packs kitten food , 6 pint of milk and some sugar
got to the till handed my clubcard over and then handed him over £10 woth of coupons :T then  the older guy on the basket checkout next to him stuck his damn nose in and told him he was only allowed to take 1 internet coupon  luckily for me the young guy had allready zapped 3 so he just went through my coupons and got the highest value one and zapped that :T still managed to get £4.50 off :j

It means that the till blanks them, unless the required spend has been made....occasionally one slips through their system, and ;) and will be mentioned on here...most notable one recently was the £2 off New fairy platinum.
Unfortunately, it doesn't matter how helpful your SA tries to be, the till gives it's "I'm not having it" beep:beer:
damn, i had a feeling someone would say that, lots more leaflets for the recycling then, oooooooooops..

    I've been Money Tipped!
    Sorry to be a pain.

I have just been refused use of my Waitrose voucher. 4 assistants all trying to make me feel like a shoplifter involved!

Anyway I have just called C/services in Dundee and they called the store to tell them they were wrong. She told me it would be fine for my next shop, but it runs out on the 6th June and i wont be doing another big shop before then. I asked could I send in the voucher to be exchanged and she said no.

What should I do to get my £5 back?

    Many thanks

I would suggest you write to them (HO) and explain what happened and that you will not be shopping again this week and therefore you would like re-reimbursement for the coupon as you tried to redeem it and was refused. With the letter send the till receipt and the coupon. They will probably send you a £5 gift voucher.

I was waiting for an email confirmation too - then I just typed 'coupon' into the search facility on the Huggies site and found the coupon that way. I printed it then with no problems.
