Clubcard relaunch bargains/glitches

Sorry, probably shouldn't post this chat here but just so chuffed! Just back from Tesco where shelves were almost empty on the three for a tenner deal.

However, got the last 12 bottles of Linderman's Sydney Cove (usually £5.99), and went in search of Gallo Five Oak (usually £8.99). Plenty on the shelves because it wasn't marked up as 3 for £10. Took one bottle to get it price checked and to astonishment of customer service lady it came up as 3 for £10.

As I was on my way back to collect another five bottles, a guy was just putting out some Hardys Crest on the 3 for £10 shelves. He assured me they were part of the deal so I picked up three bottles, got my Gallo and headed for checkout. Have just checked online and Hardys Crest is usually £9.99 a bottle - at the checkout it scanned simply as 'Aussie Red'.

Having doubled up on £10 of vouchers, got 5% discount and used £5 voucher from recent mailing, all I had to hand over for 15 bottles of really good wine (worth £104.85) was £24.72. :j:j:j

Have never used smiley icons before but feeling at last as though I've got one-up on the system!

The 3 for £10 offer in my Tesco's was for Hardy's Voyage range not Hardy's Crest.

I'm not surprised - I think it should have been in ours too but for once it was me that got benefit of a wrong barcode at the checkout.
