I wanna EYESIGHT CHART

I am looking for an eyesight chart like you get in the opticians. I've got a copy of the book "Better Sight Without Glasses" which gives you a set of exercises to do to improve your vision but for some of them the use of an eye chart is needed.

My father-in-law used these exercises and delayed his need for glasses by more than 20 years and as someone who is just starting to find the need for reading glasses I'd like to give this a go.

Anyone got any ideas? Thanks
