Meringues for diabetics?

Do meringues that are suitable for diabetics exist? And does anybody know where I can get them.
I want to make eton mess for me fella but he is insulin dependent diabetic.

If it's just as an occassional treat, he'll be fine with normal meringues. If necessary, he can increase his insulin dose when he has them. I'm also type 1 diabetic and i eat all sorts of deserts, just adjust my mealtime insulin dose when I do.
