I have hotmail, MSN Live, yahoo and gmail and my own person site based email.
Hotmail is the one I have had longest.
The worst is Yahoo - spam spam and more spam.
Whilst I agree Gmail is good it requires POP3 configuration if you want to use a client side application to access mail. Also my main concern about gmail is google and its privacy statement and the ability to scan emails for advertising. Spam wise gmail is ace.
Hotmail and Live are the same thing - the good thing about hotmail you have Windows Live application you can download (replaces Outlook Express and that makes hotmail good in my book - no POP3 settings to mess with - the ability to store emails on your pc offline).
I use all three - but for different purposes - one for financial stuff (gmail), another for personal and work (hotmail) stuff and another for all the junk in the world (thats yahoo).0 -
Can i just say, many thanks to everyone who has replied.0
