Can I find a first mortgage of £20K?
I am paying off loan to parents for property but need some updating. I need to keep mortgage payments as low as possible as I don't earn very much but would like the opportunity to pay off mortgage in lump sums as and when available. Is my only alternative an interest free mortgage?

    Impossible to say - when you say 'don't earn very much' - how much is that?

    Never heard of an interest free mortgage, but if anybody knows of any I would like one.
