Selling a new PS3, best way to go about it?

I won a brand new PS3 but already have one so have no need for it. What's the best way to sell it?
It's a new 80 gig model, just the console.
Ebay take 10% final value fee plus 3.4% paypal
Amazon won't cover postage credit and take off a substantial chunk too.
Gumtree for cash?
Bring it in to a store and say my mum bought it but I no longer have the reciept? :rotfl:
Any ideas or suggestions?

You could try getting it valued at Cex? Looks like they'll pay about £150 cash for it (£200 exchange):

how much you looking to take for it?0

I see no reason why I can't try for £250 for it, bearing in mind that it is brand new and unopened.0

The 80g model is on sale for £290 at play.com and comes with killzone 2 and free delivery.
The cheapest on ebay is £220 console only plus £14 delivery, and at that price taking off charges leaves you with roughly £190 that you never had in the first place
.
Or could sell your old console plus unwanted games and keep the new one,but not if its the rare 60g model.0 -
Just bought a new 80gb one from Play.com for £250 with a blu-ray film 300 and free delivery (plus a small amount of quidco!) and a guarantee.
Try Gumtree/loot or local papers for cash only? Ebay if you have a reasonable account (because someone with a low rating is not likely to be taken seriously for this sort of item IMO).0
