Most frustrating site ever! Got to basket checkout stage 3 times and basket lost

Worst thing is, if you search for the items that were in your basket, you only get full price results and not the sale price.
If anyone has got the time to waste with these numpties, copy the address of each item you want to buy so you can find it again when the checkout crashes.
Also, sale items shown as only available at full price can mysteriously become available at sale price when you refresh the page later but whether you can succeed in buying them, who knows?

It is the most frustrating thing ever. Yes I had 150 quids worth of dvds in my basket for 40 but after entering card details (took 40 mins to get that far) it said - bsket empty - even though my items still there. Bang head against wall :P

Wrote them a nice e-mail of complaint. I had all the items in my basketbut it timed out - yet they were still there when I tried again. Couldnt get anything. When eventually it was ok this morning all I wanted was sold out. Wouldnt mind if I hadnt had the items in my basket!

this whole site is a joke everything i wanted is now sold out, also when i go to my basket it says it is empty, bloody stay clear of this !!!!ty site, they are amatuers

Just for the record, check back after they have sorted their servers out. Cos it said my order could not be placed and it actually went through! I als ohad another order that crashed, this also went through!!!

I managed to order Mr & Mrs Smith yesterday, checked my account afterwards and it was there, Happy Days :j
Got two e-mail confirmations today saying they have despatched it twice and charged me twice. :mad:

I hope you are right - but at the moment cant get in to check anyway. Useless site! Used them before and they werent this bad!

finally got an order through this morning, but am looking for friends dvd's what ones do they have on the site

Finally got through - no such luck. No order went through

As for friends - they still had series 4, 5 and 6, 10 when I checked this morning. Have to go through the link though as searching wont work. Good luck - you will need it!
