Charging order application statement of truth signed in advance

This is my first post in this forum, I have had a charging order application ( N379 )sent to me and the validity of the statement of truth at the end of application is in question.
The statement of truth was signed and dated on 13th Oct 2008 and is in respect of a judgment obtained against me and issued on the 8th Dec 2008. Does anybody know whether it permissable to presign a statement of truth in the county court and the legality of doing so.
Many thanks for replies in advance.

You could give the court a ring & ask, they are usually very helpful.Tallyhoh! Stopped Smoking October 2000. Saved £29382.50 so far!0

I did just that yesterday and the person on the counter when I explained that seemed to suggest that it was a valid point to bring up at the hearing. I would however be grateful if a person with some knowledge of law could give me their take on it.0
