not a true freebie but if your in central scotland you might be interested in http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ fifefreeconomy/, unlike freecycle and getting rid of your unwanted stuff, you offer a skill/hobby you have in exchange for something your needing done, or barter say your chickens eggs for some veg. No money changes hands just good deeds. Lets bring back community spirit! :laugh::Sometime I try to be NORMAL. . . But it gets boring so I go back to being me. . .

There used to be a group along this lines in Stirling many years ago. I don't think it is running now. It is called a LETS system (Local Enterprise Trading Scheme).Dream as if you'll live forever - live as if you'll die today0
