My partners 16 year old daughter left school last summer to go to college. She attended for a few weeks then dropped out. She has not worked or studied since last September but has just started a 13 week 'Get Ready For Work' Course run by Careers Scotland.
His ex partner sent him a text today informing him that he must recommence Child Support during this time. Throughout the 13 weeks she will be paid and receive a travel allowance courtesy of Careers Scotland.
Is he liable to pay Maintenance during these 13 weeks?
