after mourning the fact i can no longer afford over priced jarred sauces, quite by accident i tried this recipe from campbells using their condensed celery soup (i had a can laying about...dunno why i bought it) i didn't have any dijon mustard so i used the same quantity wholegrain and it worked out as close to country french chicken tonight as you will ever get for half the cost.

I use condensed soup quite a lot as sauces - they're great.
