I have a commercial property that i need to sell ASAP. Its been on the market for almost 2 years.with an agent. i was to open a business but that all fell through and i am paying the loan i took to buy the building. The agent has not contacted me to discuss the price etc, only a letter requesting money for photos and marketing etc ? He has not sold the property so wondering why i am getting a bill now ???
are there any other websites that i could advertize on, someone mentioned gumtree but i could only see Property on there to rent ???

Have you reduced the price from 2 years ago??0

Hi, Yes it has been reduced by £50,000 and a property almost next door is going for £30,000 more and its not as well done as mine.
Its in the Crumlin Road area..Not great i know.0 -
'Going for' is just an asking price, there are a lot of properties around with too high of an asking price in this depressed market
Maybe best to get advice from another agent?0 -

Your not trying to sell the crumlin road courthouse already are ya Barry Gilligan???
Anyway you could try BTZ McCombe Pierce, BTW Cairns, OConnor Kennedy Turtle0 -
have you thought of even renting the property out so at least your getting some money back for it? and in the meantime speak to an agent and get their honest opinion!Life is what you make it.0
