Domino's pizza offer - terms and conditions
This Promotion will be run jointly by Domino's Pizza and Moving Technologies Limited for a limited period.

Qualifying users will receive a voucher at their new home directly from Domino's pizza within 7 working days of their move. The voucher entitles you to any medium pizza from the menu or Create Your Own up to 4 toppings. If the voucher does not arrive within this time period, contact Domino's Pizza directly on 01908 580621. The offer is non-transferable.

This offer is open to UK residents aged over 18 only and is subject to availability.

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by the Promotion Rules and by our decisions, which are final in all matters relating to the Promotion.

Qualification for the free pizza offer is also subject to the following conditions:

You must have moved into a new home and used the iammoving service to notify at least one organisation of your change of address. Moving Technologies reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants in this Promotion.
You must be moving within a Domino's delivery area, as verified by Domino's on the Domino's online postcode verification. Users whose postcode is not recognised by the database, or who are moving outside the Domino's delivery area will not qualify. Domino's decision on this is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The information you provide must be accurate, true, current and complete. Moving Technologies may at its discretion disqualify any user providing inaccurate information.
The Promotion is limited to one free pizza per household.
The voucher must be used within one calendar month of the date on which you move into your new home, after which it is invalid.
The user must comply with any and all relevant laws, rules and regulations including but not limited to these Promotion Rules.
This Promotion is not open to employees of Moving Technologies or Domino's or those of affiliated companies and subsidiaries, nor to any sponsors, nor to the immediate families of such employees or sponsors.
By participating in the Promotion you agree that neither Moving Technologies or Domino's, nor their directors, employees or agents, shall have any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising, directly or indirectly, out of or in connection with the acceptance or use of any of the offers awarded herein. Moving Technologies accepts no liability for any failure of Domino's Pizza to dispatch the voucher or fulfil the delivery where they have passed the user's information on to Domino's.
Any failure to meet any of the above conditions may result in the free pizza voucher being withheld or withdrawn, in which case all entitlements attaching to your entry in this Promotion shall terminate forthwith.

Domino's pizza and Moving Technologies reserve the right in their sole discretion to substitute the offer with offers of comparable value. No cash alternative will be offered.

I wouldnt worry about it. It would take them ages, and also a lot more money to prove that the information you gave was false. They would have to pay their lawers, and, that aint cheap!

I think they do that as a deterrent and to cover themselves.
They may do perhaps a random check on one or two but in all honesty it's not worth the time or money for the checks.

However .... if anyone had legal proceedings taken out against them then they would have to pay any court costs etc.

But I expect the worst would be a bill fir the pizza!
