Tesco/O2 clubcard points did you get all of yours?

Got my statement through today, only got 1000 points added from the o2 offers, should have been closer to 3000

I know I should have got more because we got 4 bottles of small and mighty (250 each) and got a load of the other things as well.

Anybody else not got theirs?

Only got 1650 of mine, should have been 6350 by my calculations...

Just got off the phone from Clubcard CS

As usual Tesco dont know anything about their own offers :rolleyes: about as much use as a chocolate fireguard.

I was told to speak to O2 as it should have been added by them and not clubcard.

What gets me is how would O2 know if you bought the product? Surely Tesco have to report back to O2 if you actually buy the product?

Well, rather predictably O2 said it wasnt anything to do with them as it was an advert and nothing to do with them, so I phoned back to Tesco CS - This time I got through to someone who at least knew what I was talking about and he said that some of the points may not have been added yet and to call back in a couple of weeks to see.

Hmm, so there may still be hope but I will definatley be keeping an eye on my balance.

I got none of the 7750 that I was expecting - I had purchased all the items in plenty of time (by their defintion) to have all of them on this statement.

I bought two of most items and got about 4000 points so I reckon that is all of mine. They were added a couple of weeks ago, and I bought in week two of the offer. Vouchers arrived with my statement yesterday : ) If you're still missing there is lots of info on the paid to shop forum about them.

If you go to the Tesco Clubcard Loophole in Shop but don't drop all the information is there on what to do if missing any and the correct number to call. All they will tell you is that they are only just sorting things out to get them all correct.

Where on the statement does it show them? I cant see any of them to be honest.

I got the bulk of mine -850 points so am very pleased! I bought some items towards the end of the offer so they should appear in my next statement.
