Swing seat cushions

and I need to get some new cushions - the old ones have got that cheap sort of paper-y cover on the back (front is fabric), and it's just perished, so it's springing nice big holes. As in the pic, there are three cushions. I'm not really bothered about having the drapey bit in front, so I imagine recliner cushions like this:

would do. These are the cheapest I've found. Anyone else know where they're cheaper?
Alternatively, do you know if I could wash these in a duvet machine or something (obviously way too big to fit in the ordinary machine) and re-cover them? One has had a furry visitor and is a bit whiffy!
