hey
i used to have written down a recipe for baked raspberry cheesecake and it was so nice when i cooked it last i thought i would do it again, however i seem to have lost this bit of paper that it was written down on and the goodfood website where i got it from is under construction which is just my luck lol.
i know some of the ingrediants where
600g soft cheese
soured cream
2 eggs
1 yolk
vanilla essence
and of course raspberries
however for some reason i feel like im missing something ingrediants from this list so if anyone know what the recipe is that im on about please can you help me fill in the gaps or if you have the recipe written down somewhere please could you post or pm it to me i don't know the rules are from posting recipes from other sites
