Hi all
Save the Family has got a charity shop in Chester/Saltney.
(If you search for 16 Chester Street, Saltney on google maps it shows you where it is - it's on the English side of Saltney, about 400 yards before you go under the railway bridge or past Netto. It's on the left.)
(EDIT) Children's books 5 for £1. Other books there are 3 for £1 - it can be hit and miss what they have in but many are nearly new.......... and when a books 33p you can afford to try something you wouldn't normally read.
They also have occasional deals on clothes. Jeans are normally around £3 (even designer ones!) and tops/shirts around £2.50. Children's clothes are normally £1 each. Last week they were doing £1 per item on Menswear.
They also do furniture too, though most of it isn't in the shop because the shops tiny!
They've also got the usual charity shop stuff (ornaments, tea sets, plates etc) and it's cheaper than the shops in town.
Enjoy
(declaring slight interest - I've volunteered at this shop a few times. I'm letting you all know about it from a money saving point of view - not just as a shameless advert for the shop. I'm not paid and all money raised goes to the charity.)
