Freecycle wedding on Women's Hour

Hi folks, I'm just listening to Women's Hour on Radio 4, and there is a piece about a couple who are using Freecycle to supply their wedding, interesting listening although I did think she shouldn't have dismissed the idea of a village hall wedding. Plus it helps that the first people to help had just got married a month before and gave them absolutely masses of stuff. But good on them, just goes to show how much money you can save by being a bit creative.

Got married 23rd May 2009, many thanks to all on the Weddings and Anniversaries board for their help and support!

My local freecycle normally has wedding stuff going free - in our group if you dare ask for money for things then you are barred. Freecycle isnt about selling its about recycling junk and unwanted things for free.0
