    According to website Rossie will say at 8am what time winner will be picked during day (saves listening in all day) but I don't know if it has started yet

    They've just said that they will start paying bills from next monday (18th)

    do you think they are only paying bills for people local to liverpool area as that seems to be where the winners are from at the moment:

    Possibly, but there've only been 2 winners so far so I don't think it's fair to say at the moment - time will tell though!
