I'm very worried about Toots and Pigpen, hopefully they are okay and just resting. Thanks soappie for taking the reins!
Exam this morning didn't go too well, but hopefully it will be okay. Don't get the results for a while but never mind. Went over to the doctors to register as well (I've been meaning to do it for ages).
Going to go find the list, I'll have to post it in bits. Hugs to everyone!!
Measly Monday - Kitchen and dining room
Level One
Level Two
Clean oven and hob
Wash windows and sills
Level Three
Degunge the fridge!
Soappie Tuesday! Living pit, hallway, stairs!!
Level One
Level Two
Dust over all the electrical appliances.. be careful though I don't want any accidents!
Level Three
Did most of this yesterday before friends came over, just gotta dust the top of the TV (why does it get so dusty so quickly??), wipe the windows, do the fridge and oven. Not bad at all.
Hope you are all well xxxxChifundo Uzuri Siochain"All that is gold does not glitter, not all those who wander are lost" - JRR Tolkien~~ Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, but love leaves a memory no one can steal ~

Polly how is your son?
He's just the same, thank you for asking. He's still waiting for a date for his physio course but his doctor on base doesn't want him to keep taking the tablets he's been on in case he gets addicted (even though the consultant told him to keep taking them). He's trying to get back to fitness by the time of his next assessment in six months time.0 -

My house is tidy - it's a miracle!! I've not been following the lists but i've been tidying, chucking and cleaning as much as possible.

I'm pleased to have done that! Bit worried about Toots and pigpen, so love and hugs to them.
Lovely sunny afternoon, but terrifically windy. The whole close is covered in ripped and torn leaves from the surrounding trees.
I've had far too many trips to and from school today, as all three teens have a different schedule today. However, I'm hoping to squeeze in an hour on the allotment after delivering DD and before picking her and DS1 up...
:hello: Hi mudbath! Sending good wishes for your Dad.It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be0 -
Ooh forgot to say, I booked a consultation at the hairdressers today, so thats the last thing off my list from last week
Hope you get a reply L-L, and that you are feeling well today.

Still not found that bit of paper... how can 1 sheet go missing in the space of a weekend and 2 days when its supposed to have been in a file on my desk? Going to resort to moving to the kitchen and literally putting one sheet at a time onto the worktop until I find it, decluttering what I don't need in the process
Also had a flash of inspiration so acted on it while my brain was in that mode - DD's bedroom is really light when she goes to bed (west facing and the sun sets RIGHT in line with her window  ) even with a set of curtains and a blackout blind up she was still not getting to sleep until 9-10pm so getting her up at 7.30am was starting to prove impossible. Last night I had the inspiration to buy a dark coloured single smartprice quilt set (on clearance) I'd spotted in Asda the other day and stitch some ribbon to it to make a blind... therefore costing me for the quilt, and probably for some ribbon as well. Today I'm sat here and all of a sudden I thought  I had some wardrobe organiser hanger things (these ones ), safety pins, shoe laces and an "emergency" quilt cover for her bed. Now hanging from the curtain rail brackets are 6 hooks, safety pinned to it (2 pins per hook) is the quilt cover which covers the whole window, and its currenly tied up in 4 places with some shoe laces as well as co-ordinating with her bedroom
It may not be Ikea or Laura Ashley, but its practical and easy to take down and even now the room can be really dark
:j I love it when a plan comes together...
:rotfl::rotfl:
Right, where is this paper... :mad:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0
