:rotfl::rotfl: That sums up EXACTLY how I feel... I have just updated my spending diary and am putting some stuff away but really need to sort out the washing and stuff and I should have put up the wardrobe I brought earlier as I won't feel like it tomorrow... but......

OK, come on Greenbee - ready, steady.... want a cuppa? :o:rotfl:

I was good... gym bag packed, lunch made, breakfast made, dried apricots and rice cakes out to take to work too (it turns out that the reason I eat cr*p in the evenings is because I don't eat enough during the day... I feed myself about 800 calories in three meals, then wonder why I need to eat chocolate ). New yoga mat also put out to take tomorrow.
I don't have a kitten or a baby to sniff :( (and am not likely to get one either  ) and there's not anyone here for me to hug

Me neither... so I'm going to soak in the nice clean bath with a book and feel sorry for myself, then get into my nice clean warm bed, in my nice clean bedroom all on my own ...

Ohhh, forgot that cuppa - here you go...:coffee: and anyone else who wants one :coffee::coffee::coffee::coffee::coffee: I've been too busy paying people... I think I've gone a bit payment crazy.... What have you done to me Valli & Greenbee? :rotfl:

And if you you and froddy want - I can lend you a smelly dog to sniff and he will give you plenty of cuddles and licks, he likes being stroked and petted - he's mad and big though... but will dance with you if you should fancy one as he can put his front feet on your shoulders....:confused:

well I have a hulking great teenager to cuddle - I have been boasting that he eats 6 weetabix for breakfast (well Morrison's own TBH)
(he lets me though....when no-one's looking)

with your posts Flower I know it's tongue in cheek....same as (I think) you know mine are sometimes...
I do forget though that the subtle nuances of body language and expression are lost on here - Triker got huffed at on the Boots thread despite many smilies. I didn't take her seriously cos I know what a rebel she is...

Erm... thanks... but I think I'll give it a miss  ... much as I love dogs & cats, I don't miss the hair, smell and dirt :D

Now go and make your packed lunch - I have beansprouts, sunflower seeds, tomatoes, radishes, cucumber, baby corn, chicory, salad leaves, grated cheese and pasta for lunch :A. Breakfast is muesli, yogurt and strawberries :A, and I've also taken a packed of dried apricots, some rice cakes and some herbal tea to leave in the office. Hopefully once I stop topping up on chocolate I'll actually lose some weight :o

Sounds Yummy, although I'm not into seeds, but I know they're good for you - think it's coz I'm allergic to nuts (ooh errr mrs... :D) and I try to stay away from anything that could be manufactured in those sorts of areas - I do like dried apricots though, might put them on my shopping lists for snacks, plus I am going to get some tinned fruit in juice and make myself up some fruit boxes for snacking on when I'm out - I looked at the cost of buying pinapple, etc already prepared in Tesco the other day!!!!! when a tin is a fraction of that price....
Anyway, pasta is on now and I will put some ham and stuff with it - I'll see what I've got in the fridge... mmmmm

sunnygirl - well done on the run - fantastic!

greenbee - well thought out on the food front. I'm out for lunch tomorrow but my fave packed lunch is a box of veg sticks (carrot, celery, sugarsnap peas, pepper, cherry toms) and some soft cheese / hm hummus and ryvitas. :A which reminds me I need to sort DH some lunch for tomorrow. the avocado mr t sent is underripe - can i still use it or will it be nasty?

seeds I buy this mix (though it's only about a fiver in holland and barrett) and mix with yoghurt & fruit for breakfasts

gorgeous roast tonight - DH said best he'd ever had :j I told him to phone his mum and tell her that :rotfl::rotfl:;) loads of chicken left for the rest of the week.

    Well done :T

Buy seasonal fruit (OK, so I've got strawberries, but I went to the market and they go well with lemon tart!). I'm mostly eating rhubarb, apples and pears at the moment. But if you want pineapple, buy a whole one and prepare it yourself. All you need is a large, sharp knife and a big chopping board.

Right... must go and get in the bath or I won't get up in the morning ...

Don't use the avocado - leave it to ripen. Bung some chicken in a salad for him instead.

Seeds - I buy in bulk and mix at home, like I do with flakes etc for porridge & muesli... my friends think I'm strange :D
