What should I do next?

Hi all,

I'm usually a lurker on the boards, first post!

I have had a claim with the csa since last September. Case went clerical after a technical fault and was assessed at £66 weekly not including arrears of about £2000. Ex has been none compliant.

As far as I know the case is now with accounts? I have been ringing on a weekly basis (more costs) and have written to complain, ect.

I have just found out that my ex has been sacked ( 2 to 3 weeks ago).

What happens now? He says he isn't working or signing on,although he does have a car and a mortgage.

I just want what is fair for my girls. Will I have to wait for the csa to track him down when he eventually starts work again? Will he still owe me the £2000 back payments?

To be honest I'm totally fed up,its taken me forever to get to this point due to the tecnical fault and now I feel like I'm back to square one! I'm on a very low income and getting into more debt!

As far as i am aware the debt is still liable. Not sure what you do now though as he isn't working or signing on.
