Do not know about free but poundland have some in at yes a pound and seem to have them in all the time.
Have had mine for about 3 months now with no problems and work a lot better than ones costing a lot more that I have had to take back.Duck Kite....he Carrie the bag cement and bucket water and sand on the broad breaking back in prepare the ground work.
