Any idea on the cheapest supplier of the Eye Q liquid (Omega 3 etc formulation) which has had such rave revues for kids concentration and behaviour) Boots is £9.99 for 200ml and Nutrisun.co.uk £7.99....thanks, Mark

Eye Q contains Per 5ml teaspoon:
Eicosapentaenoic (EPA) 186mg, Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) 58mg, Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA) 20mg, Natural Vitamin E 3.2mg (32% RDA).
The total of EPA186 + DHA58=244 So 3 teaspoons provide 732mg omega 3 for a cost of £7.99/139(200ml/15ml)=61p daily

A 125g tin of sardines in tomato sauce contains 80g of drained weight sardine which will contain 2.3 g omega 3

I think you will find Lidl's are around 25p
Eating a third of a tin of sardines daily costs 8-11p a day and will provide as much omega and more beneficial nutrients than buying EYEq.

Similarly ZipVit Vitamins and Minerals Online[size=-1] A216j[/size] OJ Omega 3 Juice - 360ml 5.95 provides 900mg EPA+600mgdha=1.5gomega3 for each 5ml taking half a teaspoon daily would give as much beneficial omega as your Eyeq and will cost 4p daily. but you could use 5ml daily at a cost of 8p daily and see the beneficial effects so much sooner.

The balance of EPA to DHA is far nearer the natural product than the highly processed EyeQ product.

In my view I would want my children and grandchildren to take the most effective amount I therefore suggest that the ZIPVIT OMEGA JUICE is not only a better product but better value as well.
