back from the pub, decided to go as hadn't seen friends in a while. turned out to be a cutdown group but hey, friends are friends and it was a good mix
nice to see people, but I didn't drink - trying to cut down

you've all just reminded me i haven't put todays win on yet, been that busy, i keep winning workout stuff, slimming things & today got a weight loss & appetite control cd, wouldn't be so bad but i'm quite skinny :rotfl:
they do go to a good home though as one of my mates is on a diet & loves receiving them & she always gets me some stamps for the postals
