propably you need gradual exposure to the sun PP, one hour a day, next day 2 hours and so on. Also choose times when the sun is not at peak...you need high SPF too....0 -

Good morning all!!
Had a nice sleep but then was rudely awoken by housemate's alarm clock which was on snooze for 48 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!
And my hayfever then came to say Hello. Just taken my tablet; this medication is really good, better than the Piriton etc stuff; Galpharm non drowsy; on offer @ Asda @ 2 for £1 which is 2 weeks worth. Going back later to stock up.
Here's hoping for some nice wins today.

Morning all
Only 6 days til the holiday and only 3 days left at work :j:j
Galaxy comp doesn't like me anymore either, last one I won was on 1st May though but it seems like forever ago :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I only need 3 more books to complete the collection (I've won 6 and already owned the Marian Keyes one). At least I've got plenty of reading material for the holiday :rotfl::rotfl:
Good luck everyone for today ... big wins all round I say
