    I need some ideas!

I have agreed to take the day off work tomorrow to organise a surprise birthday tea for my mum. And I haven't got a clue what to do. I was going shopping this evening but she came with me, so I couldn't buy much...

I am thinking of a proper kid's party type tea - any suggestions for food?

I haven't bought a gift yet, so any ideas there would be good too!
