I can make spag or pasta bolognaise for under £3 to feed 4 people! When cooking things like spag bol or cottage pie etc just chuck anything in you've got left to pad it out - sweetcorn, mushrooms, onion, peppers, tinned tomatoes etc xx

Just want to ask, is it normal to feel that you don't want to answer the phone, go out or talk to anyone sometimes? I am just worried I might be suffering from withdrawal or something, don't even want to go food shopping ...

i would say its normal , we all have days where we just cant be bothered with anyone or anything , hope your feeling better soon x
