  • I saw the film last week Princess, I have seen them all so far due to DH loving it but I don't know if I liked certain parts of the new film. It seemed to contradict things that have happened on other Star Trek films/series.

    Eurovision was FANTASTIC!!!
    I love it...it's the biggest night of the year for me. Now it's gonna be so close to home, me and my OH are going to go next year...

    Nice to see us do well for a change. Gets a bit depressing when we come last every year.
    I was nearly on the back up jury two years ago. I applied and the BBC rang me a week before the contest and told me that if anyone pulled out then I was in. Sadly no-one did :(
    I still apply every year though. One year my sad fantasy will come true :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    It is sort just colours skin slightly but not like foundation if that makes any sense

    Thanks x need that: my skin looks awful, too much coffee and stress! but the best foundation I tried so far is the True match Loreal (apricote colour) good and affordable!

    evening all
    just got in from OH's parents who invited me to watch Eurovision - it's good to know they don't hate me - most people do!
    Anyone else with me (havent read back yet) in that the wrong act won?
    I REALLY wanted either Iceland or Denmark (more Denmark - what a fabulous popsong!) but I'm happy with our placing :) oh well, was still fun :)

    I predicted the Turkish act to win after all of them sang, despite loving Denmark :o

    it's my first year of a tee-total Eurovision! :eek::eek::eek: (his parents hardly drink, they offered me "lager"... umm. I don't drink beer.. :rolleyes:

    :T:T next time just get them the drink that YOU like :D and offer it to them!!! It's a nice of them though. I hope you two are having a good time x
    OH's birthday is next week and I was lost for ideas: thought *I* might like Southern Comfort :rotfl::rotfl:, grabbed it :o then put it back :eek:
    He does not like Champagne either!!! Just likes his beer!
