how do you claim the goody bag? after you send the message

i went onto their page and then on the right there under actions there is a 'direct message' link

Same here, maybe it takes a while to refresh?
And also haven't got the dm on their page so can't do it that way.

Edit, also tried logging out and back in but still no luck.

BM - thanks for helping with twitter, I haven't a clue what I'm doing on there, I only know what i did worked as I got an email saying congrats from N.O.W.!

rosemac - from what they said, sending them a message is claiming the goody pack, as long as you are a member of the N.O.W. site which I'm sure we all are by now
