One of my suppliers, who I've been using for a while, has just realised they haven't invoiced me for anything for nearly three years!!! How is that a way to run a business??!! The invoices go direct to finance so I hadn't noticed. Finance just phoned to say they've had an invoice covering 3 years worth of stuff!!! OMG!!!Life is all about the journey.0

Thankfully finance are dealing with the "normal 30 day terms - you must be joking" attitude! I'm surprised they're even trading still, we're talking thousands! Makes me think twice about using them again too. Very bad management.Life is all about the journey.0 -
