I've just checked my Boots total have just over £50 :j. That should cover all those type of xmas pressies.

Got nearly £16 worth of points today for a £50 spend - I had a double points coupon and 350 points over £40 that ended on 19th went to buy my clinique stuff - they had 750 points on 3 items and got another 250 for a £30 spend from the ACM - was going to buy the clinique anyway so mega bonus.

PS now have 12 items on eBay

thanks scattymam I so need to go through all my surveys/points/quidco and see what exactly I am doing it is all a mess!! Then need to see what other surveys I can join from everyones recommendations!!

Ok I need to make money so I am gonna put at least 10 items on ebay on Thursday.

There I have written it clearly for everyone to see so I have to do it now!! Please ask me about it or remind me or give tips as this will push me in the right direction!!

I never got round to doin some of the thrifty things on the old thread so need to do some catchig up!! Firstly what were the 2 cd sites that you look them up online then they send you an envelope??

I think one was music magpie anyone remember the other one??

Will start some of this 'work' on Monday that is my plan!

Also while I am multiply posting how is everyone doing with the thrifty turning of off the heating??? We have managed sveral weeks with no central heating so far although hubby did stick the gas fire on in thelounge one night!! Good luck everyone and please share all your money making tips xxx

Still no heating for us - has been a bit nippy in the evenings though.

No heating on here either, What with this changing weather its been easier to tell everyone to get a jumper then Joys of not changing over seasons in wardrobes yet

Ooh Furry I must admit to have failing the no central heating task miserably! I hate being cold! :rotfl:

My laptop is finally being ok so I'll post things on ebay today, if I can get the laptop off my OH for long enough :rotfl:
