  • There is no advantage to holding off letting the lender know that you wish the house to be reposessed. Just write a quick letter and send it signed for, so they can't say it hasn't arrived.

    Don't leave it to anyone else to tell the council about you moving out and as Angel says you really keep this insurance in place.

    We canx the insurance...as we couldnt afford to keep up the payments..

    Council tax is sorted....

    Think we will just let them know we have moved out after the BR....
