Carluccio’s deli stocks a fantastic cured spicy sausage. Although one has opened in Brighton where I live they don't stock it and if they did I'd probably bankrupt myself going in there every day to buy a couple. Does anyone know who makes this salsica and where I can buy it in bulk to save a bit of money?
