Flip Down TV for my kitchen

Limited space in the kitchen but these tvs are extremely expensive, any ideas where to get a cheapish one?
I haven't got one!

We have a portable size TFT screen which we picked up cheaply and my joiner has wall mounted it for us on a kind of backing board which you cannot see. I think you can also buy wall brackets for these but I wanted ours diagnally across a corner. This way you get a decent size screen at a reasonable cost. The only flip down screens I have seen were in Magnet and they were being offered "free" if you spent over a certain amount. No idea about price of these normally but I would assume LOTS.

a guy at my work was selling little 8" lcd tvs the other day, in silver, was very tempted to get one for the kitchen but managed to resist, if you want and your interested I can ask him where he bought it from, I think he was looking for around 135.00 but I'm not sure if he bought them cheaper.

pm me if your interested, because half the time I forget I reply to some threads...

    thanks

  • And Maplins have an 8" freeview lcd tv on a stand for £199.99. Can be wall mounted-pretty sure they were cheaper than this before Christmas

I've seen flip-down in recent B&Q leaflet. Something about £200-£250. Cannot find information on their website and don't know whether they sell it separately.
