why did they remove the terrestrial aerial, if you ever want to record of SKy and watch another channel yous till need it. They took the aerial down and removed the cable? Sounds a bit odd?0

email james.murdoch@bskyb.com. he doesn't actually read his own emails but someone from his office will contact you ( usually by phone ) and they are keen and quick to get things sorted.
They helped me no end when customer services couldnt give a xxxx0 -
I had a problem with Sky last August. I wasnt without the service for approx 10 days.
re the compensation - that's rubbish. I was advised that once the engineer had been and the service was back up and running I should ring Customer Services back (get ref number or fault number if poss) adn they would arrange a credit for the number of days I have been without service.
On the second point, they should not remove your terrestrial aerial. He removed mine from the tv / sky box (or wherever they put it) as it was faulty - according to him, but I see that's what he said to you!!!!, but it's still in situ.
I would go back to them - that's not correct.0
