CSA refund??

I have been paying the CSA weekly since Nov 2007, however on checking my bank statement yesterday , I notice that last weeks payment was refunded.
I contacted the CSA and they say they have not received the payment.
I contacted my bank and they say the money was re-imbursed to my account from the CSA one week later
I re-contacted the CSA for an explanation of why the refund has come about as I pay via standing order.
As far as I know the case is still open, and I have re-made the payment .
Has anybody experienced this scenario?
