Mars confirmation email?

I won a dot and got email a few minutes after.

My friends won a rugby ball this afternoon but not had the email, is there a delay sometimes?
Any help, please its her 1st win

every time I have won I have recived emails straight after submitting the form,
In almost every email it has told me which ball I have won

I have won a couple of dots ...too

the dots are when you do the draw part. they have a dodgy email going out still - weird isnt it that its not been corrected yet.

I've won twice today. Firstly I won a cricket ball,:D then a dot!....:rotfl:

I also always got the confirmation emails almost immediately.

I always get - lost on webpage then winning email few mins later so who knows lol
